About The Position
This is an opportunity for an adventurous Physician Assistant (PA) looking for a flexible and exciting career. The role involves visiting multiple MainStreet Family Care clinics across Florida and beyond, helping communities while gaining diverse clinical experience. The company covers hotel stays and reimburses mileage. The schedule is released two months in advance, offering planning ease. This role is new grad friendly and provides training and mentorship.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted PA licensure in Florida (or ability to obtain).
- Board Certification as a PA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.

Responsibilities
- Float to various clinics within driving distance to provide urgent and primary care services.
- Work in diverse clinic environments, meeting new patients and teams regularly.
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
