About The Position

This role involves providing comprehensive aesthetic care to patients. The Physician Assistant will conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, and perform various aesthetic treatments such as injectables and laser therapies. A key aspect of the role is patient education and fostering long-term relationships. Maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with the clinical team are also essential.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant with current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advance laser treatments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess medical history, and develop individualized treatment plans to ensure safe and appropriate aesthetic care.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser and energy-based therapies, while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care, while fostering long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, uphold infection control and regulatory compliance, and ensure a safe, professional treatment environment.
• Collaborate with providers and the clinical team, participate in continuing education, and represent the practice with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
