About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our aesthetic practice. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess medical history, and develop individualized treatment plans to ensure safe and appropriate aesthetic care. You will perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser and energy-based therapies, while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences. Educating patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care is crucial, as is fostering long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing support. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, upholding infection control and regulatory compliance, and ensuring a safe, professional treatment environment are key responsibilities. You will also collaborate with providers and the clinical team, participate in continuing education, and represent the practice with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
