Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The clinic is one of 26 clinics in an independent private practice in the Colorado Springs area. Providers collaborate across the practice group to share best practices and develop solutions to improve quality of care. The stated compensation range is $120,000–$140,000 plus variable incentive bonus based on a combination of personal productivity and quality measures. The range reflects estimated total cash compensation for a full-time commitment of 1.0 FTE, with 35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical administrative hours per week.
