Requirements
- NCCPA Certification
- Valid license with state of Indiana
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- A strong desire to practice patient-centered medicine
- An eagerness to work with team members
- A high degree of initiative, discretion and judgment
- An ability to multitask and effectively manage competing demands
- An overall commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Assists high volume orthopedic surgeons with surgical and/or clinical responsibilities.
- May perform duties as first assist in the OR under the direction of Orthopedic Surgeons.
- Obtains, compiles, and records patient medical data, health history, progress notes, and results of the examination.
- Instructs and counsels patients about the prescribed therapeutic regimens.
- Assists Orthopedic Surgeon during surgery or complicated medical procedures.
