To support your BEST work, you’ll have a dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe to streamline patient care and documentation so you can focus on what matters most: your patients. Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Texas PA license.
  • National PA certification (NCCPA).

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years as a Physician Assistant.
  • Background in Family Practice.

Responsibilities

  • Physically examine patients; perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
  • Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history.
  • Record symptoms; update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
  • Order and interpret laboratory test results.
  • Make diagnoses; analyze test data and determine need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
  • Develop a treatment plan that may include applicable therapies.
  • Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
  • Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.
  • Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health.
  • Collaborate closely with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $125,000-$135,000
  • Bi-weekly and quarterly performance-based bonuses
