About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Toledo Orthopedic & Spine team at Wildwood Orthopedic & Spine Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. The role primarily involves assisting in the outpatient clinic and seeing orthopedic referrals. The position joins a team of 13 physicians and 15 advanced practice providers.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with limited weekend coverage and no call or holiday coverage. ProMedica Physicians Group emphasizes preventive care, patient education, collaboration, and personalized care across medical specialties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association certification(s) applicable to the role, such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the outpatient orthopedic clinic.
• See orthopedic referrals.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to support personalized care.
