About The Position

Wilmington Health, a physician-owned, multi-specialty medical practice, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing outpatient Urology team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. The practice has a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and patient-centered care, with over 300 providers across 23 specialties. This is an opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates with an interest in Urology.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board certified or board eligible
• North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in outpatient specialty care and patient-centered medicine

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Urology
• New graduate with a strong interest in Urology

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
