About The Position
New York Sports and Joints Orthopaedic Specialists is a dynamic orthopaedic surgery practice in the greater New York and New Jersey area. With multiple offices across Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Long Island, and New Jersey, we are at the forefront of delivering exceptional orthopaedic care. We are currently looking for a Full Time Physician Assistant to join our elite team. As a Physician Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our practice, working directly alongside our renowned team of physicians. This is your chance to make a real impact. Our offices are situated across the five boroughs, Westchester, Upstate NY, NJ, and Long Island. For this position we are looking to have coverage in Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and Westchester. You'll have the opportunity to serve diverse communities and experience the best of New York. We're ready for you to jump in and start making a difference ASAP!
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice in New York State.
Nice To Haves
- Prior orthopedic surgery or OR experience.
- Worker's Compensation license.
- New Jersey Medical license.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our team of physicians, learning from the best in the field.
- 3 to 4 days in clinic, and 1 to 2 days in the OR as a first assist.
- Clinic days in our Kew Gardens, Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester locations, all very close to the NYC Subway system.
