Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The clinic is one of 26 clinics in an independent private practice in the Colorado Springs area. Its care model combines patient encounters, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technology to address access, quality, and cost challenges. This is a full-time position with a 1.0 FTE commitment consisting of 35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical administrative hours per week. Compensation is estimated at $120,000–$140,000 or more and includes base salary plus a variable incentive bonus based on personal productivity and quality measures.
