About The Position

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced urgent care environment across Northern Virginia. The position is full-time and based at the Pickett location in Fairfax, Virginia. The equivalent hourly rate is $69.00–$77.00, depending on experience, location, and FTE status; total compensation may include performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The full-time schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend. Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The role is part of a physician-led organization with an integrated care model and access to technology and telemedicine resources.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
NCCPA certification.
At least one year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Licensed as a Physician Assistant in Virginia.
DEA license.
Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.
Successful completion of Medicare/Medicaid payer credentialing and medical staff credentialing for clinical privileges.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care environment.
Coordinate care with specialists, primary care, and other services.
Complete payer credentialing and medical staff credentialing requirements to obtain clinical privileges.
