About The Position

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Locum Tenens Provider to support our growing clinics in Northern Oregon markets. This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage. The assignment is flexible, offering full-time or part-time options for a 3-month period with the possibility of extension. This is a non-benefited position.

Requirements

Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Proficient in using electronic health records

Nice To Haves

Functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus
NextGen experience is a plus
Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
