About The Position

The Physician Assistant (PA) position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient’s journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases. We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, we have open positions at our Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, Kirkland, Bellevue , and Spokane clinic locations . This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, and an occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Physician Assistant (PA) with an active WA state RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Active BLS required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

  • Women’s health background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
  • Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
  • Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
  • Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
