We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in a PRN capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up available shifts based on clinic needs and their availability during the following clinic hours: Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-6:00 PM

Requirements

Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
Board certification as a PA.
DEA registration.
Experience treating patients ages 2+.
Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
