About The Position

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for its Hagerstown, Maryland location. The organization has 32 locations and plans to open more. Urgent care is its focus; providers see a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, treat minor trauma, and perform minor procedures. The position requires caring for patients of all ages and working weekends, holidays, and 13–14-hour shifts.

Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine experience is preferred. Full-time employees receive a full benefits package, including paid time off. Health, dental, and vision insurance for single and family coverage are available after 30 days of full-time employment. Requirements

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, including suturing, incision and drainage of abscesses and paronychia, and foreign body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multitask and manage time well.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and 13–14-hour shifts.
