About The Position

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time position at its South Alex Center in Alexandria, Virginia. The role provides patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced urgent care environment. The position is salaried, with an equivalent hourly rate of $69.00–$77.00 depending on experience, location, and FTE status; total compensation may also include performance-based bonuses and benefits. The schedule consists of 19 partial shifts, each four hours long (8:00 AM–12:00 PM), including 17 weekday shifts and two weekend shifts. Requirements

For Nurse Practitioners: a master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or a post-master’s certificate program.
For Physician Assistants: graduation from an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
At least one year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Virginia licensure as an FNP or PA.
DEA license.
Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.
Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid).
Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges.

Responsibilities
