About The Position
Florida ENT & Allergy, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is expanding its ENT Urgent Care program and seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a specialty setting focused on ENT and allergy conditions, offering the resources of a large organization with the culture of a close-knit clinical team. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute ENT and allergy conditions across all age groups, performing minor in-office procedures, and independently managing acute illness and injury with attending physician support. The position emphasizes building strong patient relationships and providing quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Active FL license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or APRN - board certified
- Strong procedural skills: suturing, wound care, I&D, splinting
- Ability to evaluate and manage acute conditions across all age groups
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient rapport
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to long-term employment and professional growth
- Sufficient coordination, manual dexterity, and physical ability to operate medical and office equipment, with occasional sitting, standing, bending, and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- All candidates selected for hire undergo comprehensive criminal, credit, drug (including nicotine/tobacco), and drivers license background checks as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute ENT and allergy conditions across all age groups

- Independent management of acute illness and injury with attending physician support available
