You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. This is a 20 hour per week opportunity in Ozark, MO working Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, & Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
  • Board certification
  • DEA registration.
  • Experience treating patients ages 2+.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
  • Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
  • Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
  • Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
