About The Position

Physician Assistant (PA) – Veteran Disability Evaluations. Flexible Hours, Monday–Friday | Part-Time or Full-Time | No Treatment | No Prescribing | No On-Call. Tired of chart burnout, call rotations, and never-ending patient panels? Put your clinical skills to work in a role built for balance — evaluating U.S. veterans for VA disability benefits with The IMA Group. Pick up a couple of days a week or build a full caseload — you choose the hours, all within a daytime, Monday–Friday window. This is 100% evaluation-based care. No treatment plans, no prescribing, no follow-up visits — just focused, one-time assessments where your clinical judgment directly impacts a veteran's benefits outcome.

Requirements

• Active PA license
• Master's degree from an accredited PA program
• Clinical PA experience required

Nice To Haves

• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, or Orthopedics a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for veterans
• Review medical records, diagnostics, and supporting documentation
• Complete detailed VA disability reports using our electronic platform
