About The Position

Unified Women’s Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Women's Health Physician Assistant for its affiliated practice, Full Circle Women's Care of Florida Woman Care. The team at Full Circle JAX is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with compassion, dignity, and autonomy, celebrating womanhood. This role is ideal for Nurse Practitioners who enjoy assisting with surgery and in-office procedures. New graduates and experienced nurse practitioners are encouraged to apply. The position highlights include a team structure of 4 physicians and 6 midwives, hospital affiliations with Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville & Ascension Hospital, and a work schedule of a 4.5-day work week with half days on Fridays. The role offers limited call, OR time including assisting with C-sections, in-office procedures, and an average patient volume of approximately 21 patients per day.

Requirements

National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
