Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of word processing and spread applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists and maintain course/clinical instructor/clinical agency evaluations.
  • Assists and coordinate program orientations.
  • Plans and develops specialized programs such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, workshops, and tours.
  • Plans, implements, coordinates, analyzes, monitors, and evaluates administrative support functions.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of budget.
  • Oversees the program admission processes.
  • Works closely the Program Director for student recruitment, outreach, and open houses.
  • Reviews and monitors the CASPA portal as well as supplemental application materials, coordinates the interview process.
  • Prepares admissions reports and analyzes trends and acts as a liaison to the Graduate of College Studies.
  • Develops and maintains department's web page.
  • Maintains program's brochures with current information.
  • Coordinates specialized program communications and marketing.
  • Attends program’s meeting.
  • Maintains department's filing system for student's records.
  • Assists in the development and documentation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of special reports and other required documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
