About The Position

We’re hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) who wants work-life balance, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term stability in primary care. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team with strong clinical and administrative support.

Requirements

• Clear and active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license
• At least 2 years of Physician Assistant experience
• Experience in family practice
• Comfortable providing care to patients of all ages
• Enjoy preventive care and chronic disease management
• Value collaborative, team-based care
• Maintain an active DEA registration
• Maintain current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Managing preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management
• Working within a collaborative care team
• Providing clinical and administrative support
