Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - RP Crossroads
About The Position
The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will serve as a physician extender/substitute for procedures performed in radiology. This role involves comfort with light interventional radiology procedures such as ultrasound-guided FNA, MSK joint injections, lumbar punctures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, myelograms, and GI studies. The position offers a 4-day work week with varying days from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST, and requires sharing a call rotation. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved NP/PA program.
- Current PA or NP license and certificate of authority to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana required.
- Board Certified by The National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- BLS AND ACLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Licensed X-Ray Tech preferred, not required.
