Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Family Care Network is seeking an experienced ARNP/PA-C to join our team. We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual with a passion for family medicine who can utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, effective and therapeutic care. The role involves communicating effectively to all members of the care team, providing excellent customer service at all stages of patient care, assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, obtaining and updating medical histories, administering or ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results. The APP will also perform therapeutic procedures such as administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds, and complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the EMR.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited ARNP or PA-C program.
- Experience in Family Medicine
- Current Washington State ARNP or PA-C license
- Acquire and maintain BLS certification as per FCN BLS policy.
- Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role.
- Urgent care experience is preferred; however, candidates with other relevant clinical experience will also be considered.
