About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY. This is a full-time opportunity for a provider with a strong background in primary care/family medicine who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
- National certification as applicable
- Strong experience in primary care or family medicine
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic
