About The Position

SynergenX, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and weight management, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a small clinic environment and are passionate about helping patients look and feel great. The ideal candidate will work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate patient care, utilizing proprietary treatment protocols for hormone replacement and targeted wellness services such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, and low libido. Candidates must possess excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and capable of managing staff and operations effectively.

Requirements

Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions.
Current DEA license.
Ability to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.
Sound medical decision-making skills.
Team player who always puts patients first.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish a good rapport with patients.
Patience and respect.
Ability to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms.
Technologically savvy.

Responsibilities
