PRN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
SynergenX, a leader in hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to support the expansion of clinical offerings and remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment, utilizing proprietary treatment protocols to improve patients' lives. Mid-Level Providers will collaborate with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate patient care, including hormone replacement and targeted wellness services such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, and low libido. Candidates must possess excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically proficient, and capable of managing staff and operations at their assigned location. The role requires strong medical decision-making skills, a patient-first approach, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with patients, and the capacity to explain complex health issues and treatment plans clearly.
Requirements
- Active Illinois NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions.
- Current DEA license.
- Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.
- Excellent medical and academic credentials.

- Ability to establish a good rapport with patients.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement.
- Coordinate the care of patients receiving targeted wellness services (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido).
- Manage staff and operations at their location.
- Float to Hoffman Estates, Westmont and Burr Ridge locations as needed.
