About The Position

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician—a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)—to join its growing organization in Bend, Oregon. The clinician must have at least two years of post-training dermatology clinic experience. The opportunity is expected to begin in Summer 2027.

Frontier Dermatology is a 100% physician-owned and physician-led practice, with a Medical Advisory Board shaping its policies and practices. Its hybrid practice model combines aspects of private practice and academics. Services include general and pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and clinical research. The organization offers opportunities to teach through its ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, with academic appointments at the University of Washington. Clinical collaboration includes monthly Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and a HIPAA-compliant app for sharing clinical cases. The practice also has in-house CAP/CLIA-certified labs and a separate practice administration company.

Requirements

• Must be a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
