Requirements

  • New Graduate Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to learn urgent care procedures and diagnostic interpretation through training and mentorship.
  • Must possess a current Pennsylvania state license applicable to their profession prior to employment.
  • Physician Assistants: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Physician Assistants: NCCPA Certification required.
  • Physician Assistants: Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant License required.
  • Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Nurse Practitioners: ANCC or AANP Certification required.
  • Nurse Practitioners: Current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent care services to patients.
  • Utilize integrated Epic EMR.
  • Perform point-of-care testing.
  • Interpret on-site X-ray services.
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, and fellow providers.
  • Participate in shared decision-making and patient-centered care.
  • Work at a primary anchor/home center with opportunities to support nearby centers.
