Requirements
- New Graduate Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Willingness to learn urgent care procedures and diagnostic interpretation through training and mentorship.
- Must possess a current Pennsylvania state license applicable to their profession prior to employment.
- Physician Assistants: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Physician Assistants: NCCPA Certification required.
- Physician Assistants: Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant License required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Nurse Practitioners: ANCC or AANP Certification required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License required.
Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services to patients.
- Utilize integrated Epic EMR.
- Perform point-of-care testing.
- Interpret on-site X-ray services.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, and fellow providers.
- Participate in shared decision-making and patient-centered care.
- Work at a primary anchor/home center with opportunities to support nearby centers.
