PRN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
SynergenX, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and weight management, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join their team. This role involves working in a small clinic environment, supporting the foundation of a growing company with a bright future. Mid-Level Providers will collaborate with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate patient care, focusing on hormone replacement and targeted wellness services such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, and low libido. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, able to manage staff and operations, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment using proprietary treatment protocols.
Requirements
- Active Illinois NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions.
- Current DEA license.
- Ability to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.
- Sound medical decision-making skills.
- Team player who always puts patients first.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish a good rapport with patients.
- Patience and respectfulness.
- Ability to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement.
- Manage targeted wellness services including sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.
- Employ proprietary treatment protocols and programs.
- Manage staff and operations at their location.
- Float to various clinic locations including Burr Ridge, Westmont, and primarily Hoffman Estates.
