OnSite Dermatology PA/NP - Part Time
About The Position
OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time role, 2 to 3 days per week, serving the Meriden, CT communities. This position involves providing mobile dermatology services to seniors in retirement communities and nursing homes, focusing on the detection and treatment of various skin conditions including pre-cancers, cancerous growths, inflammation, scaling, infections, and other skin discomforts. The role offers the opportunity to step into an established patient base and make a significant impact by diagnosing untreated skin cancers and saving lives within a vulnerable, underserved patient population. OnSite Dermatology is a growing national practice known for its innovative business model, offering greater autonomy than traditional settings, with a fully staffed back office to manage appointments, insurance verification, and billing, utilizing a cloud-based, dermatology-specific EMR.
Requirements
- 1-year medical dermatology experience required
- Valid state PA or NP License

- Geriatric experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders.
- Conduct full body skin exams.
- Perform biopsies.
- Perform cryotherapy.
- Perform ED&C.
