About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for PRN opportunities in the Eureka area. The role involves delivering high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in state-of-the-art urgent care centers. Providers work with collaborative, supportive clinical staff and use imaging, laboratory services, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy (Epic).

Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints.
• Ability to provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Physician Assistants must have a master’s degree and NCCPA certification.
• Nurse Practitioners must have a master’s degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
• Provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
