Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP certified)
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years in a urology setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Round at Manchester Hospital
• Oversee consults
• Contribute to procedures
• Deliver exceptional care
• Perform routine physical examinations
• Formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients
• Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs
• Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the provider’s practice as designated by protocols
• Identify problems outside of their scope of practice and refers appropriately to physicians
