About The Position

SynergenX, a leader in hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to support the expansion of clinical offerings and remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment, utilizing proprietary treatment protocols to improve patients' lives. Mid-Level Providers will collaborate with a physician medical director and the Center Director to manage patient care for hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, including sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido. Candidates must possess strong medical and academic credentials, be technologically adept, and capable of managing staff and operations.

Requirements

Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions.
Current DEA license.
Ability to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.
Sound medical decision-making skills.
Team player who always puts patients first.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish a good rapport with patients.
Patient and respectful demeanor.
Ability to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms.
Technologically savvy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement.
Manage targeted wellness services such as sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.
Manage staff and operations at their location.
Float to Greenwood and Carmel locations as needed.
