The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The Practice Golden Valley Health Center – Manteca – Northgate Golden Valley Health Center – Merced – Sandpiper Golden Valley Health Center – Merced – West Childs Golden Valley Health Center – Modesto – Florida Golden Valley Health Center – Modesto – West - 6th Golden Valley Health Center – Modesto – Tenaya Golden Valley Health Center – Turlock – Monte Vista Golden Valley Health Center – Patterson – Patterson Golden Valley Health Center – Ceres – Memorial – Ceres, California 5-room Urgent Care facility. Facility hours are 8am-5pm. Epic EMR. On-site testing includes rapid strep, rapid covid, POC UA, POC pregnancy, POC glucose, POC Hgb, and EKG. Requirements
- Current national certification and DEA are required.
- Current CA state license is required.
