About The Position
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pulmonology working in outpatient and inpatient setting closely and under supervision of a Pulmonologist. This role offers a resource-rich working environment with a schedule designed to promote work/life balance. You will receive direct training in the field of Pulmonology, have the opportunity to take the lead in performing procedures, and collaborate with a talented team of on-site primary care clinicians and medical specialists.
Requirements
- 6 months clinical experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
- Active DEA registration
Responsibilities
- Work in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Work closely and under supervision of a Pulmonologist
- Take lead in performing procedures
