FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: M-F Opportunity to work virtually in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Position Summary: Provides MFM virtual care only. Consultative care and treatment based on stipulation that a physical exam is not required.

Requirements

• Washington State APP license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in obstetrics or maternal fetal medicine preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and Epic HER system.
• Must be able to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and follow-up visits for high-risk obstetric patients in collaboration with MFM physicians.
• Review and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results to discuss with patients.
• Provide patient education regarding fetal conditions, prenatal screenings, and pregnancy management.
• Coordinate care plans with referring OB/GYN providers, MFM physicians of the practice and other specialists.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care.
• Participate in virtual multidisciplinary case conferences.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
