About The Position

As an Advanced Provider, you play a critical role in Vituity's mission to improve lives in the Emergency Department and are a valued member of the full care team. Vituity cultivates an environment where passion thrives, and success comes through shared purpose, an approach called 'culture of brilliance,' which values team accomplishments more than individual achievements. The company leverages strengths and experiences to make a positive impact in local communities, fostering this through shared goals and helping colleagues succeed, while also recognizing and appreciating good work. Vituity has opportunities at 890 practices across the country, serving 14.5 million patients a year, offering job portability if you need to move. This opportunity is for Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson, Maryland. The practice is a beautiful, newly renovated, suburban community hospital with fantastic resources and easy access to tertiary centers for transfers. It features fully staffed ED nursing, a full sub-specialist on-call panel, and 24/7 in-house intensivists. It is a Primary Stroke Center with a 44-bed Emergency Department, 24/7 CT and Ultrasound, 24/7 On-call MRI, and POCUS in ED. The center is affiliated with Johns Hopkins Residency Programs and is a 2020 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient. Towson, Maryland, offers a perfect balance of suburban charm and urban convenience, known for its vibrant downtown, landmarks like the Hampton National Historic Site, and Towson University.
