About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner to join their Plastic Surgery practice in the Metro Toledo, Ohio area. The practice consists of two physicians and four APP's, with 95% inpatient duties including rounding on surgical patients. Advanced Practice Providers apply the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life. Requirements

• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on surgical patients
• Inpatient duties
• Weekend and holiday rotation
• On-call rounding rotation
