Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Recovia is a multidisciplinary team providing whole-person care for behavioral health, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. We combine medical, behavioral health, and physical therapy services to support sustainable recovery and better quality of life. We’re looking for a full-time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP) to join our medical team. This role involves conducting medical evaluations and follow-up visits, creating and managing individualized treatment plans, and prescribing/managing medications for addiction treatment and minor behavioral health needs. The position requires close collaboration with behavioral health providers, physical therapists, and the rest of the clinical team, as well as participation in multidisciplinary care coordination to make a meaningful change in patients' lives.
Requirements
- Active Arizona PA or NP license
- DEA license
- Ability to work on-site in Estrella, Monday–Friday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based setting
Nice To Haves
- Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, psychiatry, pain management, or primary care
- Familiarity with MAT/MOUD, including buprenorphine
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
