About The Position
Greenville Family Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice, caring for patients across the generational spectrum. This role emphasizes team-based care, supplemented by social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, and medical assistants. The practice is conveniently located near United Hospital and offers comprehensive on-site services including laboratory, radiology, PT/OT, and specialty and surgical care. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour work week, typically scheduled from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with variable weekend coverage. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about rural health, caring for the underserved, and interested in opportunities with student loan repayment programs.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (for Nurse Practitioners: accredited program; for Physician Assistants: accredited program).
- 3 years of relevant experience (for Nurse Practitioners).
- Current, relevant clinical experience.
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role.
- LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan (for Nurse Practitioners).
- LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan (for Physician Assistants).
- CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (for Physician Assistants).
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
- CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS).
