About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a growing and well-respected practice! Las Vegas Urology is looking for Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners to work on a team with our physicians and assist in the hospitals. Urology is an exciting specialty, covering wide range of conditions and patients.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner-Certified (NP-C) / APRN
• 3-5 years' experience in the medical/healthcare industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical office operations
• Monitoring skills to assess performance of self and subordinates and operations
• Critical thinking
• Ability to interface with people using tact and diplomacy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outstanding professional demeanor
• Must be well organized and detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Training and opportunities to get more familiar with subspecialties within urology

Responsibilities

• Acute hospital rounds
