About The Position
We are seeking a Full-time Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join our team to do Hospital rounding Monday - Friday at multiple facilities! This is a busy Neurosurgery office looking for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. New Graduates are encouraged and Welcome!
Requirements
- Proven experience as Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ethics
- Team spirit with a positive attitude
- Valid state licensing required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Orders and/or prescribes non controlled substances for inpatients/outpatients.
- Participates in other necessary activities associated with patient care (writing daily progress notes, coordinating clinical care, discharge planning, etc.).
- Recognizes need for physician consultation and guidance as indicated within experience and scope of practice.
- Weekday rounding Monday thru Friday to multiple facilities.
