About The Position

High Rock Internal Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who desires to practice relationship-based medicine as a valued member of a collaborative, physician-led team. This role offers mentorship and support for professional growth, focusing on providing compassionate care to medically complex, underserved, and vulnerable populations. The position involves building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and helping them improve their quality of life and health outcomes within an integrated biopsychosocial care model.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program or an ANCC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • PA/NP licensed to work in the State of North Carolina, or eligible for licensure
  • NCCPA or ANCC Certification required
  • Current DEA registration required
  • BLS required; ACLS required if clinical
  • Commitment to compassionate, community-focused care
