About The Position

We are a growing, fast-paced private neurosurgery practice seeking 1 full-time and 1–2 part-time Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly respected neurosurgeon in a dynamic environment with exposure to clinic, surgery, and hospital-based care. APPs will function as direct patient care providers under physician supervision, participating in all aspects of neurosurgical care. The Full-Time Role involves a mix of clinic, surgical assisting, and hospital rounding, with an active role in patient management from evaluation through post-op care. The Part-Time Role (Flexible) has a primary focus on surgical assisting and hospital rounding, with optional clinic days (1–2 days/week) depending on preference. Travel is required between locations (Lake Worth, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, and affiliated hospitals/surgery centers). Requirements

• PA or NP degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida license in good standing.
• DEA license required.
• BLS required.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a strong plus.
• Prior neurosurgery, spine, ortho, or pain experience preferred (not required for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories & physicals.
• Evaluate new and follow-up neurosurgical patients.
• Assist in surgery (spine, cranial, and peripheral nerve cases).
• Round on hospital patients, including ICU when needed.
• Order/interpret imaging (MRI, CT, etc.) and labs.
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physician.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
