About The Position

This is a full-time Physician Assistant position in Interventional Pain Management located in Lake City, Florida. The role is with a premier, established pain management practice dedicated to restoring function and improving the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic pain through cutting-edge interventional treatments and compassionate, multidisciplinary care. The position offers high earning potential with a competitive base salary and a lucrative production-based bonus structure, along with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, featuring a standard Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Valid Florida PA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Exceptional interpersonal communication
Rapid, accurate typing for efficient EMR management

Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage chronic pain conditions
Oversee medication refills
Coordinate treatment plans
Perform pain management injections and procedures under the mentorship and supervision of our expert attending physicians
Maintain precise electronic medical records (EMR)
Work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, physicians, and administrative staff to deliver patient-centered care
