Physician Apprentice Program — Will Provide Comprehensive Training
About The Position
Metro Vein Centers is seeking high-caliber, growth-minded physicians for its 1-Year Physician Apprentice Program. This program is designed as a prestigious, high-earning stepping stone, offering intensive clinical immersion, rapid procedural mastery, and broad exposure across a national network. The goal is to serve as a launchpad into a full-time, high-earning Physician role with Metro Vein Centers. Participants will spend one year embedded in the network, receiving hands-on training from top vein specialists while serving as a key regional resource to cover clinical gaps. High-performing physicians at the end of the program will be matched into a permanent, full-time MVC Clinic Leader position with a significant earning potential.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree (Open to recent residency graduates or early-career physicians looking to pivot specialties).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in your primary specialty.
- Adaptable & Energetic: Excited to travel, adapt to different clinical settings, and act as a dynamic culture builder everywhere you go.
- Growth-Minded: Driven to learn new procedural skill sets rapidly and transition into a long-term clinical leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Master state-of-the-art, minimally invasive venous procedures (endovenous ablations, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, microphlebectomies, etc.) under elite mentorship.
- Serve as a vital clinical team member across regional/national clinics to cover planned physician PTO, parental leave, and seasonal surges.
- Get credentialed across multiple states with full administrative and financial support, gaining invaluable clinical experience across diverse patient populations.
- Prepare to eventually lead your own permanent clinic location upon completion of the 1-year apprentice program.

- Guaranteed Base Salary: $350,000 per year.
