About The Position

The Physician & APP Advisor will play a critical role in driving candidate engagement, supporting business development efforts, and accelerating placements across all lines of business. This role is designed for individuals who are highly motivated, strategic, and interested in a dynamic career path with multiple avenues for growth and earnings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered
  • Minimum of 2+ years of success in a sales or metrics-driven role
  • New graduates will be considered on a case-by-case basis, make your case and show us why you’ll excel

Responsibilities

  • Proactively match and submit qualified Physician and APP candidates, partner with workforce teams to reduce time-to-start, and support urgent and high-priority staffing needs
  • Promote candidate profiles across open roles and client systems, leveraging internal tools and external platforms (including LinkedIn) to maximize exposure and engagement
  • Identify key decision-makers within hospital systems, conduct outreach, and schedule meetings to support pipeline growth and client expansion
  • Conduct targeted hospital and healthcare system research to map organizational structures, identify hiring trends, and uncover opportunities for strategic engagement
  • Partner with Business Development teams to identify opportunities, contribute to outreach strategies, and help move prospects through the pipeline toward signed agreements
