About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Anesthesiology physicians for an opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO. This role offers a unique ownership model providing autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The practice is located at CommonSpirit Penrose Hospital, a Level II trauma center with a high volume of surgical and OB cases. The position involves diverse cases with a dedicated CV team, a call schedule of 1x/week and 1:4 weekends, and unlimited time off. A partnership track is available from day one. New graduates are welcome to apply, and expertise in Cardiothoracic and/or trauma is required. ACLS is also required, and a current CO state license is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesiology services at CommonSpirit Penrose Hospital.
- Manage diverse cases including small bread and butter to large high acuity cases.
- Participate in a call schedule of 1x/week and 1:4 weekends.
- Collaborate with a dedicated CV team.
- Work within a Level II trauma center environment.
