About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Anesthesiology physicians to join their team at CommonSpirit Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a physician-owned partnership that offers autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The role involves diverse cases with a dedicated CV team, including Cardiothoracic and/or trauma expertise. New graduates are welcome to apply. The practice is a Level II trauma center with over 20,000 surgical cases and over 4,000 OB cases per year, known for its collaborative group and handling a range of case complexities. The position offers a partnership track from day one, with call duties of 1x/week and 1:4 weekend, and unlimited time off.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Anesthesiology physicians.
- Cardiothoracic and/or trauma expertise required.
- ACLS required.
- New grads welcome to apply.

- Current CO state license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesiology services at CommonSpirit Penrose Hospital.
- Handle diverse cases including Cardiothoracic and trauma cases.
- Participate in call duties (1x/week, 1:4 weekend).
- Collaborate with a dedicated CV team.
- Work within a Level II trauma center environment.
